What you'll do...

As Operational Resilience Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the Gigafactory can operate reliably in the face of disruption. You’ll design, implement and continuously improve business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management frameworks that protect production, safety and compliance across the site.

You’ll assess risks across manufacturing, utilities, logistics and digital systems—identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust mitigation strategies. From early risk modelling through to live incident response, you’ll take ownership of preparedness and recovery, ensuring the organisation can respond quickly and effectively to any operational challenge.

During disruptions, you’ll lead cross-functional response efforts, coordinating teams across Production, Facilities, EHS, IT and Supply Chain. You’ll drive rapid decision-making, clear communication and effective recovery actions to minimise downtime and maintain safe operations. Alongside this, you’ll run scenario testing and simulation exercises, strengthening site-wide readiness and continuously improving resilience capability.

You’ll also provide clear, executive-level reporting—translating complex operational risks and recovery performance into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.

The team you'll join...

You’ll be part of the Facilities Management function within UK Operations, working closely with operational, technical and leadership teams across the site. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of a complex manufacturing environment, where resilience and operational continuity are critical to success.

What you'll bring...

Experience in large-scale manufacturing or mission-critical environments, with strong knowledge of business continuity, risk management and incident response. You’ll be confident leading under pressure, analysing complex systems and communicating clearly at all levels.
