At our Sanand site in India, something quietly remarkable happened this week. The first Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) pod was successfully erected, a structure that didn’t rise slowly, beam by beam, but arrived ready to be placed, fully pre-assembled and waiting to become part of our story. 

In traditional construction, every component is painstakingly lifted and assembled at height. It’s time-consuming, risky, and demands a lot from the crew on site. With PEB pods, the entire structure is built in advance and installed in one go. That means: 

• Quicker progress on site 

• Fewer people working at dangerous heights 

• Reduced safety risks 

• Smoother execution overall 

But this leap didn’t happen by chance. It took weeks of planning, alignment across teams, on-the-ground coordination, and a whole lot of grit. Our site team showed what it means to rise to the moment, working with precision, adjusting in real time, and keeping safety at the heart of every action. 

This pod isn’t just a physical unit, it’s a signal of progress, a shift toward smarter construction methods.  

And what comes next is even more exciting - more pods, greater scale, and a site that grows not just in size, but in the way we think and build.
