Purpose of the Role

Responsible for the Utility Equipment, BMS, compressor and ELV system

Core- Plant Utility like HVAC system, ELV System, Solar System and 220 KV Sub Station & distribution system

Key Responsibility Areas

Technical /Functional

1. Ensure Operation & Maintenance and troubleshooting & repair of HVAC system, CPM,CCTV,FAS,BMS, SCADA, Solar System, DG set, EMS , Compressor, switch yard and distribution system and facility system.
2. Develop and execute maintenance operation system and lead the team for the robust implementation to deliver target KPI.
3. Lead and motivate the team and ensure 100 % facility and maintenance as per plant requirement.
4. In-depth Knowledge in standard, legal requirements, safety aspects of power ,ELV system, HVAC system and sub-station operation and maintenance
5. Engage the team in technical training for operation and maintenance and support to project during installation and commissioning phase.
6. Responsible for overall plant maintenance, utilities, facilities to reduce time and 100 % availability.
7. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions.

Knowledge Generic

Mandatory Desired: BE/BTech in (Electrical or I&C) : Knowledge of HVAC, ELV , BMS, compressor, sub-station

Mandatory Desired: 8 years to 12 years in Lithium-ion cell manufacturing industry, Food/ Beverage & pharma, Packing, Data centre, semi-conductor industry.

Suitable :  Similar industry HVAC, compressor ,BMS , sub-station and ELV operation and maintenance handled with 8-12 years of experience.

Job Context

1. Ensure all the legal and statutory requirement fulfil for respective area.
2. Maintain spare as per requirement and follow safety practices (LOTO, TBT, HIRA& EIA, Work permit) during maintenance work.
3. Prepare scope of work for AMC and maintain record as per requirement.
4. Daily and monthly MIS data collection and report preparation as per requirement.
5. Implementing Continuous Improvement ideas and cost saving projects.
6. In-House Repair of electrical and electronics spares.
7. ShiftWise allocation of work and ensure timely completion during shifts and proper handover to next shift.
8. Develop and maintain utility related documents as per standard requirement (IS/TS/IMS) and controlling and providing accurate data reporting.

Work closely with service provider, purchaser, process and project team.
